En-route to Jeddah he meets Bilquis, a beautiful young Saudi woman. She is both young and innocent, but knows the strict rules under which Saudi women live, rules which Harry doesn't even know exist. It is the start of a brief but very exciting period in Harry's love life.
Shortly after Harry's arrival in Jeddah, Harry meets three expatriate engineers who tell him about a wealthy Arab who had raped and abused a young Filipino woman, causing her to commit suicide. The lack of response from the Saudi authorities causes agreement among the group that there should be some form of retribution against the Arab.
Investigation reveals that the wealthy Arab owns shops selling gold and jewelry in almost every town in Saudi Arabia. The group decides that, as part of his punishment, they will steal the Arab's gold and jewelry and send the proceeds to the family of the Filipino girl.
Filipino expatriates take the Arab prisoner and obtain copies of the keys to all his shops. They inadvertently discover incriminating computer evidence detailing his activities with terrorists group. Harry and one of the engineers are captured by the terrorist leader and, on there way into the desert where they are to be killed, manage a daring escape.
They discover a loophole in the strict laws relating to expatriates and travel that enables them to follow through and complete their plan.
Exciting action is interspersed with love interest and camaraderie, as two old friends who had
fought terrorists years before, meet and join forces in carrying out the retribution.
